One of The Most Popular Musicals of All Times

Do you know Ms Midler (american songwriter, singer, actress and producer)? She is a winner of Grammy, American Comedy and National Board of Review Award! And now she is performing again taking part in an absolutely fantastical show – Hello, Dolly! The masterpiece has a real rebirth. A number of outstanding stars are taking part in this remarkable comedy. Hello, Dolly! is some kind of an extraordinary and exceptional show for those who are deeply in love with musical charm of golden age. Such wonderful breathtaking Broadway performances like 'Love, Look In My Window' and 'It Takes A Woman' are involved in this musical.

Hello, Dolly! was first played pretty long ago - in 1964. A piece by Thornton Wilder has become a base for original musical. The titular role in that show was given to Carol Channing. The show was unbelievably successful: 10 Tonys were given to this musical in the same year, and five years later the movie was shot for the big screen. Michel Crawford and adorable Barbara Streisand were able to even enlarge the success of the show. Director of musical's rebirth in 2017 is Jerry Zaks (who has won Tony four times!). Warren Carlyle (Girl Crazy) is choreograph of this musical.

Hello Dolly musical Is About Love

The story is taking place in Yonkers, in 1880's. Horace Vandergelder is a widower. He is quarrelsome and rich, and he is looking for a new wife. Though, this is not an easy thing, he decides to ask for help. Dolly Gallagher Levi is the one who will find a perfect match for him, because Dolly's profession is matchmaker. But guess who is supposed to be an ideal wife for an extravagant widower? It will be Dolly herself! The only problem is to explain Horace why she is the one for him.
